I joined Slimming World after yo-yo dieting for many years. Food Optimising quickly became a new way of life, as it’s the most generous, flexible and effective eating plan ever! It fits into family life, nothing is banned, and I can still eat my favourite meals like curries, pizza, lasagne & chips! It's easy to make healthy choices when I eat out too. As a member I received so much support, inspiration and recipe ideas from my group and Consultant. I enjoyed staying for the motivating and supportive IMAGE Therapy each week. I gained so much confidence and became a SW Consultant in April 2018. It is the most rewarding job ever and I look forward to inspiring many more members to get to their dream target weight – hopefully including you!
