I've had an issue with food and my weight from a young age...I identify as greedy. I love food, the sweet and unnecessary kind. My weight loss journey actually started back in 1993, when I wasn't much of a cook. Covid and 'happiness' had left me with more than a smile in 2020, WW groups had closed and I knew I needed to group, I could not do this alone. The weight that I had spent so many years trying to keep off/manage had grown. I joined Slimming World in June 2021. My journey is the 'around the UK' one is shown on the visuals. I made friends at group, became a member of the social team on group and after messing about for a while, it all fell into place and I got to target (10st 2lb) in June 2023. I'd love to welcome you to my group.
