I joined Slimming World because I knew I needed to make a lasting change – and it’s totally transformed my life. Having lost over 12½ stone myself so far, I know the courage it can take to walk through those doors, and the incredible feeling when you start believing in yourself again. I’m still on my own journey too, and that’s why I became a Consultant – to help others discover what’s possible! At our warm and friendly Saturday morning groups in Fareham, you’ll find support, encouragement, plenty of laughs and no judgement. We’ll celebrate every victory, learn from the trickier weeks and build healthy habits for real life. Wherever you’re starting from and whatever your dream, we’ll do it together – and I can’t wait to welcome you!
