I joined Slimming World in 2008, having tried countless weight loss methods before! By embracing our generous Food Optimising plan and the support of my group and Consultant I went on to lose 5 stones and was blown away by the difference it made! I've now been a Slimming World Consultant for 15 years and love helping my members to live a happy and healthy life, achieving weight loss that lasts.
