I joined Slimming World in January 2019, along with my husband, Jason, because we wanted to be able to run around with our granddaughter, Autumn. Jason had a few medical issues which being overweight didn’t help. He hit target within four months, while I took 14 months – it was so frustrating, but I did it! And having the energy and confidence to run around the park with Autumn makes it all worth it. I love the plan as it fits in with our lives - we can still enjoy fabulous meals & even a cheeky drink at the weekend! I have started to enjoy exercising, going to the gym & swimming which is something the old me would avoid at all costs. Now, I've decided it's time to help others and share my journey and experience with others.
