A warm and friendly Slimming World group is the very best place to learn how to understand yourself as a slimmer and achieve your dream target weight – it’s a weight loss support group like no other. Here’s what your very first group has in store…
Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Alison
I first joined Slimming World as a member when I was struggling with weight gain due to Type 1 diabetes and the menopause. The morning after returning from a holiday, I looked up my local group and decided to join. The plan, its flexibility and the support of my group (along with my husband Matt, who joined with me) helped me lose 2½st in four months and reach my target weight. My own journey showed me just how powerful support and encouragement can be so I became a Consultant in the venue I’d been a member to help others. My groups are friendly, supportive, inclusive and encouraging, with so many members having made friends with like-minded people. I would love to welcome you and support you to your target weight.
