I joined Slimming World because I'd always struggled with my weight. It was lovely to find a healthy way of eating that I enjoyed and find I didn't have to deprive myself. Slimming World helped me change the way I felt about food. I love being a Consultant because I love helping people achieve their weight-loss and fitness dreams and grow in confidence. My group is like a family. Supportive, understanding, non- judgemental. We enjoy a good laugh too.
