The first time, I didn’t see lasting results, but when I joined again, I lost 3 stone! I realized making consistent changes on my own was tough, and I wasn’t alone in that. That’s when I became a Consultant – to help others believe they can achieve their weight loss goals and live a slim life they love, too!
