Hi, my name is Toria. In August 2024, I made a decision that changed my life. I was approaching 50 fast, and instead of feeling excited about this milestone, I was feeling uncomfortable and lacking confidence in my own body. I wanted to feel like me again. Then a Slimming World flyer dropped through my letterbox. I remember holding it in my hands and thinking: Could I really do this? Could I walk into a room full of strangers and admit to myself that I needed help? It felt like a huge step—but I knew I had to try. And I’m so glad I did. Walking through those doors was the start of something truly rewarding. I hit target in December 2024 and decided I wanted to help others feel as amazing as I do! So now I aim to support everyone I can.
