I have lost 4 stone 7lbs through Slimming World and it has changed my life. I am a Mammy to 3 boys so life is HECTIC. I wanted to be able to do more with them, run around with them and enjoy their childhood so I needed to make a change amongst the madness - so I did. I prioritised my health not just for me but for them. They deserved a Mammy who they could enjoy too. I am a happier, more confident person who they can be proud of. I became a Consultant to support other people to feel the same. There is no shaming, blaming or judgment at Slimming World, only support, motivation and love and the reassurance that you're not alone in your journey...
