Hello, my nameʼs Pamela and I run the St Maryʼs Slimming World group in Limerick. Iʼve lost a total of 8st 2lbs – all while eating the food I love! As my weight went down, my confidence went up and Iʼve since completely changed my lifestyle. As well as discovering a love of hiking, Iʼm also a vegetarian now (so I can show you how the flexible Food Optimising plan works when you donʼt eat meat). Iʼm a mum-of-four, so I have plenty of family-friendly recipes and budget meal ideas to share with you, too.
