Before joining SW l felt unhealthy and not happy how l looked. I got married in 2024 and it was the biggest l ever was and I look at the photos now with disgust. I decided to join my local SW group and after getting to target in April 2025 decided to become a Consultant. I love helping people to understand that Food Optimising 100% and having that mindset and habit change could change their life forever. The kindness, encouragement and inspiration we have each week in group makes my job so much easier.❤️
