I joined Slimming World in 2007 after having my son. Having always struggled with my weight, I knew it was time to make a change. I quickly discovered how easy Slimming World was to fit into family life, without having to cook separate meals or give up the foods I enjoyed. I've now been a Consultant in Retford and Bawtry for over 17 years, and I absolutely love helping people achieve their goals, grow in confidence and change their lives. I know how daunting it can feel to take that first step, but I promise you'll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive group where there's no judgement, just encouragement every step of the way.
