Hi, I'm Carys! I joined Slimming World after becoming a mum, determined to change my life and be the healthiest, happiest version of myself for my daughter. Having lost over 14½ stone, I know first-hand just how life-changing Food Optimising and group support can be! My journey inspired me to become a Consultant, helping others discover that anything is possible.
