Hi, I'm Carys! I joined Slimming World after becoming a mum, determined to change my life and be the healthiest, happiest version of myself for my daughter. Having lost over 14½ stone, I know first-hand just how life-changing Food Optimising and group support can be! My journey inspired me to become a Consultant, helping others discover that anything is possible. My Llangeinor and Ogmore Vale groups are warm, friendly and full of encouragement, laughter and inspiration. There's no judgement, just genuine support from people who understand. Whether you're starting fresh or starting again, you'll always receive a warm welcome. Together, we really can achieve amazing things!
