Meet your Slimming World Consultant, Martyn

Food Optimising has turned my life around... it's fantastic! I never thought I could lose weight and eat so much lovely food. I run a fabulously fun group - with a capital F! We have a laugh but the serious undertone is losing weight and we do that really well. The group are so friendly and you will always receive a warm welcome. As your Consultant, I will be with you every step of the way to your weight loss dreams - together we can do it!
