Food Optimising has turned my life around... it's fantastic! I never thought I could lose weight and eat so much lovely food. I run a fabulously fun group - with a capital F! We have a laugh but the serious undertone is losing weight and we do that really well. The group are so friendly and you will always receive a warm welcome. Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
