Before Slimming World, I wasn’t happy with the way I felt and looked, it prevented me from doing so many things in life. After years of feeling this way and letting the weight control me, I decided to make the change. I joined a local Group well over 10 years ago, where I soon reached my target weight and then went on to become a Consultant. I now run 2 Groups with 6 sessions weekly, and together we really can, and do, make a difference. Each week at Group, we offer amazing support and inspiration to help you get those results you truly want.
