Before Slimming World, I wasn’t happy with the way I felt and looked, it prevented me from doing so many things in life. After years of feeling this way and letting the weight control me, I decided to make the change. I joined a local Group well over 10 years ago, where I soon reached my target weight and then went on to become a Consultant. I now run 2 Groups with 5 sessions weekly, and together we really can, and do, make a difference. Each week at Group, we offer amazing support and inspiration to help you get those results you truly want. Come along to be inspired, motivated, and to gain some top tips for cooking healthy meals for you and all the family. We can’t wait to meet you and to be part of you journey. Exciting times ahead.
Slimming World groups update
As guidance eases, many Consultants have reopened their community groups, running smaller, shorter, Covid-safe sessions. For now, some Consultants are still running 'Virtual groups' or our temporary 'Venue + Virtual' service (where you get weighed at the venue, and then take part in an online support group).
Once you've found your local group, please contact the Consultant to find out more and to book your place. However your group’s running, you’ll discover tons of support to help you achieve the weight loss you’d love.
