I joined Slimming World in 2007 after having my son to lose the baby weight I had gained and more. I have always struggled with my weight and after a round of IVF, too, I knew I needed to do something. I found Food Optimising so easy to fit in with family life - there is no need to cook different meals for all the family. I have been a Consultant in the Retford area now for over 14 years and I know how hard it can be to bite the bullet and decide to join a group but I can promise you once you have you won't look back.
