- 2 chicken drumsticks
- 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs, visible fat removed
- 1cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely grated
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 tbsp tikka curry powder*
- 3 tbsp fat-free natural Greek yogurt
- Grated zest of 1 lime, plus wedges to serve
- Serve with plain boiled rice (we've used wholegrain) and a salad of chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion and coriander
