  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken thighs, visible fat removed
  • 1cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 2 tbsp tikka curry powder*
  • 3 tbsp fat-free natural Greek yogurt
  • Grated zest of 1 lime, plus wedges to serve
  • Serve with plain boiled rice (we've used wholegrain) and a salad of chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion and coriander
