  • 4 frozen Quorn Vegan Fillets, defrosted
  • 1 tsp Chinese five-spice powder*
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 250g dried sushi rice
  • 4 large portobello mushrooms
  • 300g long-stem broccoli

For the dressing:

  • 3 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 10cm-piece fresh root ginger, peeled and grated
  • Juice of 2 unwaxed limes

For the cucumber salad:

  • 2 cucumbers
  • Juice of 2 unwaxed limes
  • *Spice blends are Free so long as they’re made from herbs and spices only and don’t include any Synned ingredients like sugar and flour. Check the label to be sure and count the Syns as necessary.
