- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into small chunks
- 1 courgette, cut into small chunks
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 400g passata
- 2 tsp dried mixed herbs
- 500g fat-free natural yogurt
- 2 eggs, lightly beaten
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 12-15 dried lasagne sheets (depending on the size and shape of your dish)
- 120g grated fresh Parmesan
