  • 1 small butternut squash, peeled, deseeded and diced
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning*
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 200g dried conchiglie (or other pasta shapes)
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 6 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp hot curry powder*
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes, crumbled
  • 250g plain quark
  • 2 celery sticks, diced
  • 200g can sweetcorn, drained
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 small red onions, diced
  • 300g peeled raw king or tiger prawns, thawed if frozen
  • 300g green beans, trimmed and cut into 3cm pieces
  • 2 medium peppers (red and yellow), deseeded and chopped
  • 250g baby plum or cherry tomatoes, halved
  • *Watch out for spice/seasoning blends that have added ingredients (like sugar, oil or starch). To protect your weight loss, count ½ Syn per level tsp/1½ Syns per level tbsp.
