  • 200g dried orzo pasta
  • Low calorie-cooking spray
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 6 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
  • 3 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • 120g Parmesan cheese, finely grated
  • 60g fat-free natural yogurt
  • 300g skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 2 large peppers (any colours), deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 200g green beans, topped and tailed and cut into 5cm pieces
  • 200g cooked and peeled king prawns, thawed if frozen
