  • 1 medium cauliflower, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 4 large garlic cloves, crushed
  • 300g dried spaghetti
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 4 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 125g smoked back bacon rashers or medallions, visible fat removed, chopped
  • 250g button mushrooms, sliced
  • 80g baby spinach
  • 120g Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 250g plain quark
  • 4 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
