  • 3 medium peppers (a mix of colours), deseeded and sliced
  • 1 large red onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • Juice of 2 limes, plus wedges to serve
  • 600g cooked skinless and boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 4 Slimming World white tortilla wraps (if you’re using wholemeal wraps and counting the Syns, deduct ½ Syn per serving)
  • 200g fat-free natural yogurt, to serve
  • 80g reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated, to serve

For the paprika wedges:

  • 1kg floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper, cut into thick wedges
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • Low-calorie cooking spray

For the salsa:

  • 350g cherry tomatoes (red and yellow), roughly chopped
  • 4 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
