  • 1 tbsp shawarma or baharat seasoning*
  • Grated zest and juice of 2 unwaxed lemons
  • 600g skinless and boneless chicken thighs, visible fat removed
  • 2 large red or yellow peppers, halved lengthways and deseeded
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 4 Slimming World White Wraps
  • 200g fat-free natural Greek yogurt

For the salad:

  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 4 large tomatoes, diced
  • 150g radishes, roughly chopped
  • ½ small pack fresh parsley, roughly chopped
  • ½ small pack fresh mint, roughly chopped
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
