  • 125g lean pork mince (5% fat or less)
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs or Italian herbs
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 200g can chopped tomatoes
  • ½ tbsp tomato purée
  • ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes, or to taste
  • 2 x 65g wholemeal rolls, split
  • A few lettuce leaves, shredded
  • 70g reduced-fat mozzarella cheese, cut into 4 slices
