  • 4 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, roughly chopped (or use a 400g can chopped tomatoes)
  • 340g can sweetcorn kernels, drained
  • 400g can tuna in spring water or brine, drained and flaked
  • Chopped fresh dill, to serve (optional)
