  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs or dried parsley
  • 4 x 60g wholemeal pitta breads
  • ½ iceberg lettuce, leaves shredded
  • ½ red onion, sliced
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 large gherkins, drained and sliced

For the dressing:

  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 200g fat-free-natural Greek yogurt
