- 1 cal cooking spray*
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs or dried parsley
- 4 x 60g wholemeal pitta breads
- ½ iceberg lettuce, leaves shredded
- ½ red onion, sliced
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 4 large gherkins, drained and sliced
For the dressing:
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 200g fat-free-natural Greek yogurt
