  • 1kg sweet potatoes, cut into chips
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 5 small gherkins, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 4 bacon medallions, visible fat removed
  • 4 x 65g wholemeal rolls, split
  • Little gem lettuce leaves, to serve
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • Large green salad, to serve

For the onions:

  • 2 onions, finely sliced
  • 120ml diet cola
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
