  • 3 skinless and boneless chicken breasts, halved lengthways
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced
  • 6 fresh thyme sprigs, leaves picked and chopped

  • 1 chicken stock cube, crumbled
  • 1 tbsp tomato purée
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
