  • 200g dried egg noodles
  • 600g lean pork fillet (tenderloin), visible fat removed
  • 2 level tbsp Chinese five-spice powder*
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • Low-calorie cooking spray
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 medium carrots, cut into strips
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 4 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and finely grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 50g white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Thai fish sauce (nam pla)
  • Juice of 1 lime, plus wedges to serve
  • Small pack fresh coriander, chopped
  • Small pack fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 large red pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 150g edamame (soy beans)
  • 200g fresh bean sprouts, rinsed
  • *Watch out for spice/seasoning blends that have added ingredients (like sugar, oil or starch). To protect your weight loss, count ½ Syn per level tsp/1½ Syns per level tbsp.
