  • 8 Slimming World Pork Sausages (available from Iceland and The Food Warehouse), thawed
  • Mixed pickled veg from jars, such as gherkins or cornichons, sauerkraut and peppers, drained, to serve

For the curry sauce:

  • 6 level tbsp reduced-sugar-and-salt tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp medium curry powder*
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 level tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 3 level tbsp apple juice or cider
  • ½ level tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • Slimming World chips, to serve
  • Salad, to serve
  • *Watch out for spice/seasoning blends that have added ingredients (like sugar, oil or starch). To protect your weight loss, count ½ Syn per level tsp/1½ Syns per level tbsp.
