  • 100g frozen peas
  • 1kg floury potatoes, such as Maris Piper or King Edward, cut into chips
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 200g thin-stemmed broccoli, cut into bite-size pieces
  • ½ red onion, finely sliced
  • 1 small carrot, peeled and sliced into fine matchsticks or sliced into ribbons using a julienne peeler
  • 1 lemon, ½ juiced, ½ cut into wedges
  • 100g plain unsweetened soya yogurt with added calcium, or fat-free natural yogurt
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed
  • 10g each of fresh tarragon and flat-leaf parsley, leaves chopped
  • 10g fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 medium avocados, peeled and stoned, then 1 diced and 1 sliced
