- 80g paneer, diced
- 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 level tbsp tandoori masala powder*
- 1 level tbsp olive oil
- 1 cardamom pod, crushed
- 2 large red onions, finely sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
- 400g can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp sweetener
- Small handful chopped fresh coriander, to serve
- Cooked dried brown rice, to serve
- Lime wedges, to serve (optional)
