  • 2 tbsp fat-free natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 level tbsp tandoori masala powder*
  • 1 level tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cardamom pod, crushed
  • 2 large red onions, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 green pepper, deseeded and sliced
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • Small handful chopped fresh coriander, to serve
  • Cooked dried brown rice, to serve
  • Lime wedges, to serve (optional)
