  • 400g lean beef sirloin steak, visible fat removed, brought to room temperature
  • 1 medium onion, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium green pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 80g chestnut mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 4 x 65g wholemeal rolls
  • 4 level tsp American mustard*
  • 4 x 20g light cheese singles, smoked if possible
  • 1 level tbsp hot chilli sauce
