  • 5cm piece fresh root ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 8 tbsp tomato purée
  • 5 tbsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp mild curry powder*

  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 2 large red onions, diced
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 400g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 medium red pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 300g Quorn Pieces, diced
  • 250g dried long-grain rice
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • 200g green beans, trimmed and each cut into 3 pieces
