  • 3 garlic cloves, halved
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 1 red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 white onion, cut into wedges
  • 4 large tomatoes, quartered, and 500g tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 500g lean beef mince (5% fat or less)
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 150ml boiling beef stock
  • 500g passata
  • 1 tbsp tomato pureé
  • 2 aubergines, sliced into 1cm rounds
  • 2 courgettes, sliced into 1cm rounds
  • 2 large potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1cm rounds
