- 700g new potatoes, halved or quartered if large
- 4 skinless and boneless salmon fillets (approx. 480g)
- 2 tsp sumac*
- Low-calorie cooking spray
- 200g thin asparagus spears, woody ends snapped off
- 200g mangetout
- Zest and juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
For the watercress sauce:
- 80g watercress
- 150g fat-free Greek-style yogurt
- Small pack fresh basil
- *Spice blends are Free so long as they’re made from herbs and spices only and don’t include any Synned ingredients like sugar and flour. Check the label to be sure and count the Syns as necessary.
