  • 500g floury potatoes, such as King Edward or Maris Piper, thinly sliced
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 12 Slimming World sausages (or use other low-fat sausages and count the Swips), chopped into chunks
  • 4 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 large red onion, diced
  • 2 red peppers, deseeded and diced
  • 2 tbsp tomato purée
  • 2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • 400g can mixed beans in water
  • 400g can baked beans
  • 325g can sweetcorn kernels, drained
  • 1 tbsp Marmite
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar
