  • ½ tsp each of garlic powder and onion powder
  • 900g baby potatoes, halved
  • 500ml lamb stock
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Small handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped, to serve
