- 2 tsp sweet smoked paprika, plus extra for sprinkling
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- Grated zest and juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
- 2 thick-cut (360g) lean lamb leg steaks, visible fat removed, cut into chunks
- 750g floury potatoes, such as King Edward or Maris Piper, cut into thick chips
- 1 cal cooking spray*
- 2 medium red onions, cut into wedges
- 2 large peppers (any colours), deseeded and cut into chunks
- Lemon wedges, to serve
