  • 280g plain firm tofu, cut into 4 slices
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 4 tbsp dark soy sauce/tamari
  • 1 small aubergine, cut into 4 x 3cm-thick rounds
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 2 tbsp plain unsweetened soya yogurt with added calcium
  • 2 level tsp sriracha
  • A few crisp lettuce leaves
  • 2 x 65g wholemeal rolls, halved
