  • 500g floury potatoes such as King Edward, cut into wedges
  • 1 cal cooking spray*
  • 4 tomatoes, quartered, deseeded and thinly sliced
  • 1 medium red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, grated
  • ½ small pack fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • Grated zest and juice of 2 unwaxed limes, plus slices or wedges to serve
  • 100g plain unsweetened soya yogurt with added calcium
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 400g can mixed beans or kidney beans in chilli sauce
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
